What is a flurry weather?

A flurry is a brief period of light snowfall or snow showers that can create a sudden burst of snowfall. Flurries typically do not accumulate much snow, and the snowfall may come and go quickly. Flurries are often associated with cold fronts or passing weather systems and can be accompanied by gusty winds and rapidly changing weather conditions. While flurries may briefly reduce visibility and create slippery road conditions, they are generally not as intense or long-lasting as snow showers or blizzards.
